Refund Policy

Returns policy

You must advise us of your request to return any items from your order as soon as possible after receipt but no later than 14 days from delivery. 

​

Items must be returned in the same condition in which you received them, in their original packaging. You are asked to tak care of the items and all products must be returned in a new and unused state, in perfect convision with all protective materials in place.

We reserve the right not to accept any return if the product shows signs of wear or has been used, damaged or latered from it's original condition in any way. 

​

Returns are at your own risk adn remain your responsibility untl they are safety received by us. We recommend that you reutrn your items by Royal Mail Tracked service to be sure. Returns must only be made to our returns address, which will be provided when the returns request is made.

Custom items and pierced jewellery are execpt from our returns and refunds policy due to the personalisation or for hygiene reasons. 

Refund Policy 

All acceptable returns will be refunded using the same payment method originally used to purchase the returned item(s). You will be refunded no later than 14 calendar days after the day we received the items.

On the rare occasion an items arrives damaged or faulty, first we are sorry. We try very hard to ensure this doesn't happen. Please contact us within 14 days of your order being delivered. We cannot rectify damaged or faulty orders after this time period. Please do not dispose of faulty items as we will need them back to refund or replace. Faulty products must also be returned in the condition they were received in.
