Can I change my custom or bespoke order?Throughout the custom order, we will spend time with you discussing your order to ensure it's exactly what you want. This process will include proofs/descriptions and written instruction from you with any personalisation. Please review these carefully as once approved and in production, we are unable to make changes to your order without charges.

Can I cancel my ready to purchase order?For pre made items, if you'd like to cancel the order, please reach out to us prior to dispatch to cancel the order and arrange a refund. For items already posted, please reach out to discuss options

How long does it take to process my order?Handmade jewellery pictured on the website will be despatched within 3 working days with delivery times on top of this. You will receive an email to let you know that your order has been dispatched. Please check your junk file before contacting us as emails will often default there. If you require the order urgently, please reach out to us on WhatsApp or message us and we will do our best to assist. Please note additional charges may require for express orders.

How long does delivery take?Please order in plenty of time, as delivery estimates are not guarantee and will depend on how busy our carriers are. For items under 2kg, we use Royal Mail 2nd class service which typically delivers within 3 working days. For larger parcels we use Evri with a typical delivery time of 2-4 days. If you require a next day order, please contact us for options and prices before purchase

What should I do if my delivery hasn't arrived in the timeframe suggested?For larger orders, you can track your status from the order confirmation email which will contain your tracking information. Please track this via the Royal Mail or Evri websites before contacting us - it may be that your order has been left with a neighbour or returned to the delivery office if noone was available to accept the order. All our delivery times are estimates and unfortunately once we pass our items over to our delivery partners, delays are out of our control. We will try to assist as best we can of course, knowing how important it is that you get to enjoy your purchases! If your order has not arrived within two weeks, please contact us for assistance.

Do you ship internationally?Please reach out to us to discuss International delivery. We do not offer online international delivery but may be able to help offline if we can!

Can I pay in another currency other than UK pound sterling?Our payments are all made in UK pound sterling but you can purchase with a bank or debit card from another country which will then pay is in £ sterling but your credit card provider will convert payment to your home currency. Note your card provider may apply additional charges for this.

What payments do you accept?We accept all major debit and credit cards on our website. If you have a larger order you'd like to pay by bank transfer or paypal, please contact us for options

Do you accept installment payments or Klarna?Unfortunately at this time we do not accept Klarna or installment payments. Please keep in touch or subscribe as our services continue to evolve.
